I cannot possibly be more descriptive in showing how jobs progress through my shop. If necessary, spend YOUR time - NOT MINE - figuring it out.

|Sorry guys, but for the last 12 years I have tried being nice about this. It has gotten way out of hand, with most
of my day fielding calls and E-mails from customers who ignore policies necessary to get the jobs finished. So:
|NOTE: New arrivals can take up to 5 calendar days to appear on the list as it's more than just removing it from the box and
throwing it on a shelf. I have to create a physical file, assemble paperwork and assign it a specific location. Please use the
tracking information provided by your shipping carrier to confirm its arrival - it will be added to the list as scheduling permits.
Until my schedule permits the Receiving process, I won't KNOW if it's here and WILL NOT interrupt my work just to check it.

|Jobs are placed in line as soon as payment is collected, even if they have not yet arrived. Jobs labeled as "arrived" have not
yet been assigned a location in my shipping area, but will nonetheless advance in line before newer arrivals. Jobs arriving but
not yet paid WILL NOT BE PLACED IN LINE until payment is collected. Level ONE jobs are first come, first served PERIOD.
Customers paying for EXPEDITED service are shown in orange or red and will pass up jobs sent in for Level ONE service.
Customers may upgrade to Level Two or Level Three at any time - simply ask me to add the additional fee to your credit card.
Guaranteed 4 week turn - add 149.00 Guaranteed 2 week turn - add 295.00
NOTE: Guaranteed turn times are figured from the day unit arrives (OR day upgrade is requested) until the day unit ships.
To maintain my level of quality, I require a 3 day grace period: 4 week turn ships within 33 days, 2 week turn within 17 days.
CUSTOMER CREDIT BALANCES
This area includes customers who have paid for jobs
or services not yet rendered and have a longstanding
credit balance of more than 90 days, such as those
customers who paid for many jobs at one time in order
to receive a quantity discount on the total package.
Also included are customers for whom I have no
contact information, such as customers who zipped
off a credit card number with the intention of including
this information with a unit I have not yet received.
