CONTACTING US BY PHONE:

Customers may call from morning to midnight, 7 days
a week concerning PAYING REPAIR WORK ONLY.  This
applies whether you have a machine to be repaired, or
if we have already repaired your machine.

BELTS, PARTS AND MOTORS - DON'T CALL !

It stands to reason that the top 8 track repair shop in the
world would also be the place to ask about belts, parts,
free advice, etc.  But the harsh reality is that parts for 8
track machines have become scarce to the point that I
would be out of business in 5 years if I also sold parts.

Thus, we are forced to discontinue the sale of belts and
parts to ensure our livelihood in the future.  We are well
stocked for volume repair work, but not for parts sales.
If you need a belt, part or motor and can't find one on
your own, the only option is to send your machine in
for repair, restoration and potential upgrades.

Use the phone for PAYING REPAIR WORK ONLY:

1.  Do not call for belts

2.  Do not call about a motor

3.  Do not call looking for a unit that is not on my
"For Sale" page.

4.  Do not call asking where to find something; you have
the Internet in front of you at this very moment.

5.  Do not call for free advice unless you're a previous
paying customer.

6.  Do not call asking how to hook up a unit that we
have not serviced.

7.  Do not call looking for connectors - find them on eBay
at insane prices (same applies to knobs and cosmetics).

8.  We do not repair units for resale at a discount, our
service is tailored to the individual customer.  We are
happy to accept fleet accounts at our full rates.
