I thought I would let you know that the 8 track player came today.  I let my husband open it since today is his 70th
birthday.  He hasn't turned the TV on since the player arrived.  I am deaf so I can't hear it but he says it is working fine.

The Akai didnt play on one channel before service. I spent about 6 hours servicing the Akai to start
with,then nothing worked. after reading your mail i went through all you said.
     This is the first time ive had any quad playback and its fantastic, THANK YOU!!!!
You seem to do fine work on these units...it has been fun doing business with you...it's nice to find
someone with good old fashioned work ethic...it's nice to find a craftsman these days.

Hi Barry - I don't know if you remember me, but I bought an Akai 81D 8 track player from you about a
year ago.  It's a great deck by the way.  Do you still work on 8 track players at all?

repaired my Pioneer H-R100 and it's cruising along, but I'd like to get this Superscope running too.
